Unfortunately, we are unable to refund for missed sessions and/or amend invoices for sessions your child is unable to attend.

If your child is unable to make a session please take advantage of our 'send a friend' option where a child can take your space for the session you cannot attend.

Yes, the membership fee is a standard one off fee applied to your first invoice after your free trial. It gives you 10% off birthday parties and holiday camp bookings and also comes with an awesome Totstars football kit!

No, unfortunately, all our bookings are paid in 8-week blocks in advance. Your child’s space is secured by this payment.

We play on! Sessions will go ahead unless the weather is deemed to pose a health and safety risk.

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via text to the number associated with your membership and you will be refunded the session.

Whatever the weather please ensure your child is dressed appropriately and has plenty of water.

Your Totstars kit of course! Or clothes that allow freedom of movement and can be layered up or down depending on the weather. Trainers or Astroturf boots (strictly no studs) and we recommend shin pads for added protection and to get into the habit of wearing them.

We offer classes for children as young as 2. Please check our class schedule for the latest classes and availability.

The next phase of your child’s footballing development is The Allstars FC (hyperlink this to the Allstars section). Children can graduate to The Allstars when they are in Year 2 at school. Our coaches will speak to you about the transition to The Allstars when they feel your child is ready.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for siblings. The discount will be applied to any siblings after full payment is taken for the first child.
